Photo Release

By submitting or participating in a photoshoot, the client (and/or parent/guardian if the subject is under 18) grants STUDIO94™ the right to use, edit, and reproduce the provided images for the purpose of creating custom banners, posters, or other related products.

Model Release

Clients consent to the use of the athlete’s likeness in the finished product and approve its display at events, homes, schools, or other personal spaces. No additional compensation will be provided beyond the agreed-upon product(s).

Usage Rights

• Final products are intended for personal use only.

• Reproduction, resale, or use for commercial/advertising purposes without prior written consent from STUDIO94™ is prohibited.

• STUDIO94™ reserves the right to use finished designs (with athlete’s likeness) in marketing and promotional materials (website, social media, printed samples) unless the client opts out in writing at the time of order.

Copyright

All designs, layouts, and creative concepts remain the property of STUDIO94™. Clients receive a personal-use license for the printed or digital product.

Parental/Guardian Consent

For athletes under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign this release on behalf of the minor.
