Cancellation Policy
All-Star Cameos by STUDIO94™ – Policy Turnaround & Revisions Standard design turnaround: 3–5 business days after receiving a usable photo. Printed banner/poster production: 5–7 business days after design approval. One (1) complimentary revision is included with each order. Additional revisions may incur a fee. Photo Requirements Client-submitted photos must be high resolution (300 DPI or higher). Low-quality images may result in delays or additional editing fees. STUDIO94™ is not responsible for print quality if low-resolution photos are provided. If no photo is available, clients must book a photoshoot package to ensure design quality. Proof Approval A digital proof will be provided prior to printing. Clients must provide written approval before production begins. Once a proof is approved, no further changes can be made without additional fees. Payments Full payment is required at the time of booking/order. Payments are non-refundable once design work has begun. Cancellations & Refunds Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase may qualify for a partial refund. Cancellations after design work has started or proofs have been sent are non-refundable. Custom products cannot be returned once printed. Delivery & Pickup Clients may choose local pickup at Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park or have banners shipped. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and will be calculated at checkout. STUDIO94™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Usage & Rights All-Star Cameos designs are for personal use only (school events, displays, personal keepsakes). Reproduction, resale, or use in advertising without prior written permission from STUDIO94™ is prohibited. By submitting photos, clients confirm they have the right to use the images for printing.
