Cancellation Policy

By booking any service through STUDIO94™ PROS, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully, as these policies apply to all bookings made via www.studio94pros.com: 1. Payment and Pricing All prices for services are listed on the STUDIO94™ PROS website and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking, and full payment must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the cancellation of your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Bookings can be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a cancellation fee of [X]% of the booking price. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. 3. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to a scheduled service, your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. Full payment for the session is still required, regardless of the shortened time. If you are more than 60 minutes late without prior notice, your booking may be canceled, and cancellation fees may apply. 4. Didn't Show Policy Failure to show up for a booked service without notice will result in the full charge of the service booked. Repeated no-shows may result in the loss of booking privileges with STUDIO94™ PROS. 5. Use of Content By booking a service, you agree that STUDIO94™ PROS may use any footage, photos, or other content captured during the session for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes. If you prefer to keep your content private, you may opt into our “NO SHOW” policy, which requests that your content not be used publicly. However, opting into this policy does not guarantee approval and will be reviewed by our team. 6. Client Conduct Clients are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during all sessions. STUDIO94™ PROS reserves the right to end any service early or refuse service if inappropriate or disruptive behavior is exhibited. In such cases, no refunds will be given. 7. Equipment and Studio Usage Clients are responsible for the care and condition of any equipment or space used during their booking.
